Ipa-Nima, a handbag and accessories brand name by Hong Kong- born designer Christina Yu, will open a new shop in Hanoi next week.
The opening at 73 Trang Thi street July 28 will follow the July 27 closing of the Ipa-Nima store on Han Thuyen street, also in the capital city.
The line's new Fall-Winter 2011- 2012 collection, titled "Harlem Renaissance," will be available at the new store.
An Ipa-Nima press release announcing the news said the collection celebrates the bold and vibrant colors that define the Harlem Renaissance, an African-American cultural movement that took over northern Manhattan Island in New York City in the 1920s and 1930s.
The line will feature classic shapes with embossed lines and floral details on luxurious silk, lambskin leather, Italian leather and embossed crocodile leather, suede, and mink balls.
To celebrate the new store's grand opening, any purchase will be rewarded with a free gift during opening weekend July 28 to 31.
Ipa-Nima has a total of four shops in Vietnam, all in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the country's southern metropolitan hub and largest city.
