Five Vietnamese artists are displaying their work at an installation exhibition hosted by L'Espace, the French cultural center in Hanoi.
Named A suivre (to follow), the exhibition showcases artwork telling stories about women, the elderly, young people and the sick.
The event will last until November 22 at the center's exhibition hall at 24 Trang Tien Street, Hanoi. Admission is free.
In other news, Mouse on Mars, a German duo will perform electronic music in Hanoi on November 12 and in Ho Chi Minh City on November 13 as part of the "˜Deutschland in Vietnam 2010' program celebrating 35 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Vietnam.
Making their debut in 1993, the group creates a blend of techno, trance, disco and other dance genres. They also utilize live conventional rock instruments like drums, bass and guitars. They have released more than ten albums to date.
