Executive Chef Wong Yow Phun of Orientica Restaurant has introduced a new menu based on his extensive experience in Asia and beyond.

The new menu boasts Chinese-inspired favorites like "Pecking" duck, double-boiled shark's fin and Yunnan ham and vegetable bulbs in chicken consommé.

Starters include vegetables fried in garlic or steamed in delectable stock, crab braised in mild curry broth and served with rice vermicelli, and shellfish cooked in porridge and served with preserved vegetables.

The menu also features a range of authentic fresh seafood dishes and fine alternatives, including chicken and asparagus sautéed in black bean sauce, roasted Mandarin pork ribs and wok-seared Australian beef fillet with caramelized onions.

Time: Lunch: 11:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.; Dinner: 6:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
