From March 12 to 20, egg tarts will be prepped and served in the Lobby Lounge of the Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Egg tarts, which became popular in Hong Kong in the 1940s, can be kept in refrigeration for up to three days.
They are made of sugar, flour, butter, beaten eggs and vanilla extract, and take about 25 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook in an oven.
The price starts at US$19 for a box of eight pieces and $29 for 16.
