Twenty years after the first HIV case was diagnosed in Vietnam, a remarkable exhibition in Hanoi showcases photos, documents, awareness program pamphlets, clothes made of condoms, and other items used by HIV/AIDS patients.
On display at "Pain and Hope - 20 years of HIV/AIDS in Vietnam" at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology are about 100 photos, 100 exhibits, a dozen videos as well as documents about people living with HIV/AIDS.
The exhibition is open to the public at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, Nguyen Van Huyen Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi until June 2011.
