Harper's Bazaar launches in Vietnam

Two top fashion magazines announced their merging on June 24th.

Eight-year-old Vietnamese magazine, Phong Cach, and 144-year-old leading fashion magazine, Harper's Bazaar, will now be known as Phong Cach Harper's Bazaar.

The ceremony was celebrated with a black tie gala dinner at Park Hyatt Hotel in HCMC.

The fashion showcase was highlighted with top local models like Ha Anh, Anh Thu, Huong Giang and Truong Thi May showcasing the latest Gosto's collection while blending in unique live-stream 3D catwalk design.

The launch also attracted many local celebrities like Ngo Thanh Van, Johnny Tri Nguyen, Mai Phuong Thuy and Truong Ngoc Anh, who have set their great footholds in Vietnamese fashion industry.

Phong Cach Harper's Bazaar published its first joint issue on June 27, with famous and multi-talented Truong Ngoc Anh on its cover.

First published in 1867, Harper's Bazaar currently has 25 international editions, is printed in 13 languages and distributed in more than 100 countries.
