A photo exhibition showcasing China's World Heritage sites is being held at 29 Hang Bai Street in Hanoi until August 14.
The exhibition, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Chinese Photographers' Association, features more than 100 photos depicting the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, the Imperial Palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties in Beijing and the Great Wall.
Organizers hope the event will help promote interest in the preservation of World Heritage sites. China ranks third in the world with 38 World Heritage sites recognized by UNESCO in 2007.
The exhibition is part of the activities planned for the 60 year anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam.
