Handmade clothing exhibition hits Ho Chi Minh City

Artists Ha Hung Dung and Hue Huu jointly held an exhibition of their clothing and accessories made of leather and linen. Dung is famous for his raw leather bags and adornments while Hue Huu is known for her patterned designer clothes.

During the exhibition’s opening night on August 10, Huu’s collection of loose linen ao dai  feature colorful hand embroidery. While Dung invited professionals to model his creations, Huu said she'd prefer to have her patrons to be her models.

 “I always hope to make clothes for everyone of different body sizes and shapes. I believe every single woman has her own unique beauty” she said.

The amateur models really made the show genuinely attractive, according to many visitors.  

The “Moc” exhibition will continue through August 17 at the House of Saigon, 16-18-20 Thu Khoa Huan street, district 1, HCMC.
