German photographer Jochen Voight donated 125 photos he's taken of Vietnam over the last 8 years to the Hoi An Museum on July 26.
Voight, 60, lived in Vietnam in 1967-1968 and witnessed the local socialist revolution. In 2003, he returned to Vietnam and drove across the county on a motorcycle, photographing all along the way.
His photos were also exhibited in Ho Chi Minh City in 2009 as part of a show called Nhip cau thoi gian Ky uc cho tuong lai (Bridge of Time Remembrance for the Future)
Voight's photo collection donated to the museum prominently features the landscape and people of Hoi An.
