Foreign, Vietnamese students to perform French chamber works

An evening of French chamber works, the Keppel Scholars' Appreciation Concert, will take place on Oct 1 in L'Espace, Hanoi.


The concert will be presented by Vietnamese students in appreciation for Keppel Corporation's support towards their studies at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music.


The artists, including three foreigners, will present The Carnival of the Animals and Septet in E-flat major, Op. 65 by Saint-Saëns; Ravel's Introduction & Allegro.


Keppel Scholars of the Conservatory is a multi-national ensemble from Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.


They are currently music students who receive full scholarship from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (YSTCM), National University of Singapore (NUS), and Keppel music program for Vietnamese students.


Free tickets will available at L'Espace, 24 Trang Tien, Hanoi on September 30.
