The European Union of National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in Vietnam will cooperate with the Goethe Institute, the Brussels Wallonie delegation and the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet (VNOB) to host a project called "Contemporary dance Vietnam meets Europe" on September 8 and 9.
This is the first time the project is being held in Vietnam, in order to promote contemporary dance performances.
Each night, the audiences will have a chance to experience contemporary dance dramas, which are arranged in European and Vietnamese styles.
The shows will feature three dance routines including Mua dom dom (Season of fire-flies), Benedetto Pacifico and Cai chet va co gai (Death and the girl). The shows will take place over two days at the Youth Theater in Hanoi.
Free tickets are available at the Goethe Institute, 56-58 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street from September 5.
A maximum of two tickets can be reserved by emailing email@example.com.
