Director presents 'Dung Dot' to German audience

Director Dang Nhat Minh has been in Germany since August 16 to introduce his award-winning film Dung Dot (Don't burn it).

He is there at the invitation of Viethaus Berlin, an Overseas Vietnamese commercial and cultural organization.

The film will be screened in Berlin on August 20 and 22. Minh will meet with audience on August 22 in Berlin to discuss the film and answer questions.

After Berlin, it will also be screened in Germany's Munchen city.

Dung Dot won the golden lotus award at the 16th Vietnam Film Festival and was screened at 14 universities in America in 2009.

It was also voted best film by the audience at the Fukuoka International Film Festival in 2008.
