The Consular Club of Ho Chi Minh City will organize its annual Charity Art Auction on March 4.

The Art Auction is slated to showcase paintings, decorative art and photographs from both Vietnamese and expatriate artists.

One of the highlights, this year, is an antique Uchikake wedding kimono.

The auction will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Sherwood Residence, 127 Pasteur Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Last year, the club auctioned off more than 100 works of art, including paintings by well-known local artists Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Nguyen Than, and Tran Van Thao. The club raised more than US$15,000 for charity.
